This networking event will provide essential information for business owners on understanding your 4th Amendment workplace rights. MICA representatives will walk attendees through practical guidance on:
- Your rights when federal agents approach your business
- The difference between judicial warrants and administrative warrants
- How to establish workplace protocols that protect you and your employees
- What you are and are not required to disclose
- Other steps to prepare your business in advance
Why This Matters
Whether you employ immigrant workers or not, every business owner should understand their constitutional rights and how to respond appropriately if agents visit their premises. This is a community education session to help you make informed decisions.
