St. Louis Development Corporation’s new HomeSTL Down Payment Assistance Program launches soon, and you can receive a forgivable loan to help cover down payments, closing costs, and interest rate reductions when you buy a house in Dutchtown!

In preparation for the 2024 launch of HomeSTL, SLDC is partnering with the Office of Financial Empowerment and the Neighborhood Stabilization Division to host in-person homebuyer readiness education sessions. Join us to learn how to qualify for the program and begin the path to homeownership.
