Operation SPOT will be providing a low-cost pet clinic for City of St. Louis residents at the Thomas Dunn Learning Center on Wednesday June 29th starting at 8am.
For $10 you can have your pet spayed or neutered, vaccinated against rabies, and registered with tags. Distemper shots and microchipping will also be available.
