Start the month of June with STL Open Streets, the Blessing of the Bikes, and the Dutchtown Bike Tour all happening on Saturday, June 2nd. Free summer camps at Thomas Dunn Learning Center kick off this in June as well. A multi-ward election candidate forum, neighborhood meetings, and plenty of other opportunities to engage with your neighborhood round out a busy June calendar, certainly with more to come. May starts off big with the Cherokee Street Cinco de Mayo Festival and the People’s Joy Parade. There’s also plenty going on throughout the rest of the month. Winter weather is still here and it seems like everyone’s cooped up at home, but you still have plenty of opportunities to get out and get involved with the Dutchtown community in February. The Gravois Park Neighborhood Association meets this Tuesday, August 8th, and every second Tuesday at 6PM in the old Jefferson Bank building at 3353 California, just north of Cherokee.
Dutchtown West will not meet in November. Because Grbic serves as a polling place on our usual meeting night, there will be no November meeting. Please remember to go vote, and join DWNA on Tuesday, December 13th to get caught up.
