Gravois-Jefferson Historic Neighborhoods Plan Public Meeting #3: Neighborhood

Residents are coming together to craft a vision for the future of Benton Park West, Gravois Park and North East Dutchtown. This will be the third working meeting on the theme of “Neighborhood”: Join us for an open conversation and planning session about our neighborhood and how we can partner to make a long term impact in the area. We are building a formal neighborhood plan to guide our community’s development over the next 10 years and beyond.

Childcare and food will be provided. Please RSVP for childcare to 314-779-6251.

DT2 After Hours & Trivia Night

On Wednesday, April 19th, join the Downtown Dutchtown Business Association at Resalat Community Center for their monthly After Hours event! Resalat works side by side with the International Institute to help refugees from Afghanistan settle into their new city. Members of the community center pool their resources to help provide refugees with essentials such as furniture, clothing and food as well as help provide translation and transportation services as these newcomers try to find their footing in St. Louis. Enjoy an open house at Resalat from 5:30—6:30.

At 6:30 head across the parking lot to the Feasting Fox for a trivia night hosted by DT2 to benefit Resalat! A donation of $10 is suggested with all proceeds going to Resalat Community Center to continue its generous work in the community. Beer will be provided to After Hours participants thanks to DT2 and delicious food will be available for purchase through the restaurant. Show off your knowledge of history, the middle east, and Dutchtown to win a fabulous prize and DT2 bragging rights!

We’ll see you there!
