Celebrate mental health and wellbeing with your friends and neighbors at the Dutchtown Autumn Chill! Join us for an autumn afternoon of holistic health and community that’s free and open to everyone!
What to expect
- Experiential sessions to connect you with your mind, body, nature, and creativity
- Holistic health practitioners offering massage therapy, reiki and sound healing, and therapeutic art
- Mental and physical health service providers and community organizations sharing resources
- Activities for kids, including face painting and pumpkin decorating
- Music and movement with a live DJ
- Free food and drinks

Sessions and resource providers will be primarily located in the Virginia Pocket Park at Virginia and Liberty, with other activities happening along the 4700 block of Virginia at Tiny Postcards, Wildfruit Projects, and Intertwine Wine Bar.
The Dutchtown Autumn Chill is presented by Dutchtown Main Streets with the generous support of St. Louis MHB, the Dutchtown Community Improvement District, and Thomas Dunn Learning Center.
After Chill
Adults are invited back later in the evening for the After Chill on the 4700 block of Virginia! Kick back with us for:
- An art reception at Wildfruit Projects
- A wine tasting at Intertwine Wine Bar
- A night market and costume contest at Sign of the Times Tattoo
Evening events kick off at 7pm.
