The Dutchtown Community Improvement District approximately covers the area along South Grand Boulevard from Chippewa Street to Bingham Avenue, Meramec Street from Grand to Compton, Virginia Avenue from Meramec to Bates Street, and Osceola Street from Virginia to Compton.
